    We are committed to supporting our athletes, and a percentage of the sales made using their discount code goes directly to them.
  • What if I can't find the code on your social media accounts?
    Please send us a message and we will provide you with the code. We want to make sure our customers have access to all of our promotions and discounts.
  • Can I use multiple discount codes at once, including an athlete discount code?
    Unfortunately, our system only allows one discount code to be used per transaction. If you have multiple discount codes, you will need to choose which one to use.
  • Do I have to purchase something from the athlete to get the code?
    No, you do not have to purchase anything from the athlete to get the code. You can simply follow our social media accounts and we will post the code for you to use.
  • Can I still get a discount if I don't have an athlete discount code?
    Yes, we may occasionally offer promotions and discounts through our social media channels. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date on all of our promotions and discounts.

    No, we are looking for athletes who are passionate about fitness and embody the MANA brand values, regardless of their social media following.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs vary depending on your location and shipping method. For Malaysia, the shipping fee is free when you purchase RM250 and above. For Singapore, there is a flat rate of RM30 shipping fees. For the rest of the world, we are still finding out to serve you better!
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order on our website by adding the desired products to your cart and proceeding to checkout.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet shipped.

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer local pickup options. All orders must be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

    At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange process.
